What information do I need to prepare for my repair call?

We normally ask for the Make, Model and description of the problem.

It's important to include name, address, phone number and email contact as well, so we can better serve your needs, and communicate with you.

How do you calculate repair costs?

We charge a flat rate diagnosis and labour fee of 90.00 plus HST.

For a second appliance within the same service location (unit and civic address), the charge would be an additional 45.00 plus HST.

Any additonal costs are ONLY the parts required to complete the repair.

We sell control boards at our cost without a mark up.
